hello!
I am a printmaker and designer working in Berlin. Through play with different materials and textures, I create whimsical illustrations and designs that document my immediate environment. It is by seeing the surreal in the ordinary that I manage to slow down the world and make sense of my surroundings. Although I do work digitally, I prefer analog methods for the way they allow tangible experimentation and connection to the process. Finding inspiration in myths and nature, my projects often include poetry that weave together word and image to rewrite common narratives.
My lithographies have been presented in collective exhibitions in Berlin and a number of my prints have been placed in the Bibliothèque and archive nationales du Québec. My poems and projects have appeared in la revue Estuaire and in Pica Mag, both based in Montreal, Canada. As a designer I have collaborated, among others, with cultural organizations (Dazibao Arts Center, Le Trou Noir Photographie), publishing houses (Les éditions Dazibao, Le Noroît, Éditions OMRI), and musicians (Sontags Shogun).
