Ellipses is a collaborative exchange between artists Philippe Chagnon and Louise Gros. Using the lithophotocopy technique, Louise edits and prints photos drawn from Philippe's daily life, which then form the basis for written texts. The project spans almost a year; the time of a revolution around the Sun; of an ellipse. This cyclical concept also informs the book’s design, which unfolds following this circular movement.
